  If you want your security deposit stolen, rent from these guys. I’ve never seen an agency so hell bent on defrauding the customer. During our stay in the property we had 3 neighbors warn us about this company. They all said the same thing “Make sure you take pictures, because they like to take tenants security deposit” They tried to charge me for blinds that were already broken, luckily, I had pictures and got a refund even though it was well beyond 30 days. They will charge you $60 to replace a light bulb, and then send the owner over to do it himself. They also have an inhouse maintenance company that charges $150 to mow a 10,000 sqft lot. This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve had in my life, and I was a DOD contractor who’s had the opportunity to have rented in several states: California, Washington, Georgia, Alabama. Please save yourself the trouble there are better more reputable companies around.
