  Pretty nice apartment. The staff, I've only dealt with Kelsi so far, is extremely friendly and professional. As far as maintenance is concerned, if there is an issue that requires attention they are very prompt with a reply. You can set up alerts on your phone that notifies you when they are done. My unit is pretty energy efficient and I was surprised with how low my electric bill is averaging. I highly recommend Kilnsea Village.

  After reading the previous reviews, I couldn't not write my own. Obviously Kilnsea Village Apartments has worked hard to turn things around, because my husband and I love living here! Our apartment is very nice and updated, the grounds and pool area are kept clean, and there's not a day that goes by that I don't see maintenance working on the property.
  We made noise complaints when we moved in a few weeks ago due to our upstairs neighbors being very loud, and so far it seems like it's been taken care of because the noise has reduced significantly for the past 2 weeks.
  There's a gorgeous pool area, pool house and theater you can reserve, a car washing station, a cute fenced in dog park, a park area for children, gym (with children's area), sauna, pool table, the list goes on and on of the amenities Kilnsea has for its residents.
  For people complaining that the pool is too small, it's summer time and the kids are out of school! I would much rather see them all having fun in the pool than getting into trouble somewhere else. They're having fun, there's no harm in that! For the amount of children (and adults) I see in the pool daily, it has been spotless every time we have went over to swim. Keep up the great work Kilnsea!
